No this isn’t a secret tactic by the Singapore government to get us to lose weight. It’s actually the latest #DOsquatschallenge by Prudential to promote healthy habits among the public.
Only at Tampines MRT station till 4 April and another sesh at City Hall MRT from 4 – 17 April
Prudential has set up a high tech booth at Tampines MRT station to track your squats. And if you perform 20 perfect squats in 40 seconds, you get your ticket.
With over 1/10 of Singaporeans being obese, the campaign seems timely.
Taking the challenge once every day would surely lead to a killer butt and thighs. The question is, are you game?
